Welcome to the EGC Sales Team. We are excited to have you here.

This guide walks you through exactly what to complete during your onboarding week so you can confidently begin taking live calls.

Your goal: Be fully activated, trained, and approved for the live calendar within one week.

Step 1: Sign & Activate

Before anything else, make it official.

• Sign your HelloSign contract (within 24 hours of receiving it)
• Complete your Gusto payroll setup
• Confirm your onboarding start date

Step 2: Plug Into All Systems

Slack

• Accept your Slack invite to Emily Gibson Coaching and Download Slack HERE

• Create your Slack profile with your full name and a clear photo. Watch this tutorial HERE

Kajabi

• Create your Kajabi login for full access to all of our training content in Kajabi HERE

• Login into Beyond The Rank HERE

GHL User Account

• Tag the following to Thomas Conduit (tom@gcdigital.co.uk) in your Slack Channel:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

• Tom will create your GHL (GoHighLevel) user account.

Zoom & Fathom

• Accept your email invitation to join Emily's Zoom Team
• Accept your email invitation to join Emily's Fathom Team 

Step 3: Master the Offer

• Access our EGC Sales Agent Hub HERE
  

• Review the EGC Offer Docs
• Review the FAQ Doc
• Request Your Sales Tracker in Slack  
  • Tag Brie, Thomas, and Rich

Step 4: Study the Sales Process

• Review Successful Close Calls HERE
• Review objection handling HERE
• Review Finance & Payment Options Guide HERE 

Step 5: Systems Walkthrough & Final Approval

• Attend your Sales Activation Zoom with Brie
  
  • Review onboarding checklist
  • Review System and Finance portal navigation
  • Ask any outstanding questions

• After completion and approval from Rich, you will be added to the live call calendar. This is when you officially begin taking calls.
