Use the Executive Line to send screenshots when you're stuck or need help writing a message, ask for help when you notice your mindset is in the dumps, or you just hear yourself thinking things like “I never know what to say,” or “This is never going to work.” The subtle thoughts about what we can and cannot do can often times be the most catastrophic for taking action.
